Evening BP forums, so just briefly I was unaware that when using an FHA loan it is required to use contractors licensed for fha loan rehabbing can anyone iron the details if they've experienced this before and what I can expect?? Please and thank you I'm advance and hope everyone is working harder and harder each day toward there goal.
