Flip, rent or wholesale? Which one I should start first
Currently, I just graduated from university with a shallow pay job, still young and not much real experience. Without any money, I should go to wholesale first. But English is my second language, and I don't think I good enough to go wholesale. Should I wait and save money until I have money to invest in rental or flip as my first deal?
