- what should I WATCH out for?

- Do People use certain Psychology strategies during these things? For example, I heard of a man saying and voicing out loud “ I am buying this house no matter what happens. This is my relatives old home. I am buying it no matter what! “ he had voiced this 5-6 times and eventually, people stopped bidding with him and he won the house at a Great price. Good for him, bad for the other guys. ( He wasn’t a relative, he was just saying that.... but he faced no legal repercussions )
