Hello Fellow members!

My husband and I are in the beginning stages of our investment journey. We live here in SoCal and are really interested in out of state investing. We would really love the opportunity to connect with other like minded folks. The chance to speak with someone who has done this, hear the successes, the struggles, it would be of great value to us.

We are getting hung up on those detailed questions that don't seemed to be discussed in books or blogs (like; who actually runs the rehab when you are out of state? Do you actually ask your RE agent, "hey pal, do you mind keeping an eye out on the rehab for me?", Does the PM take on that roll? How do you go about asking? How do you move past the trust issue of someone else looking over things for you) Its the details that frighten us.

We have done market research, Read books (The Book on Rental Property Investing, BRRRR book, Long Distance REI, Building Wealth One House At A Time) Read tons of blog posts, Listened to the BP podcast, Money podcast. We are attending our first meet up tonight. We would really be interested in speaking with someone who has done it, who is doing it.

Thank you all for reading and we look forward to connecting! :)
