Asked my agent to make an offer

Hey BP,

I have been looking at properties and saw a unit listed for 570K it’s been on market for 2 years it’s 3 houses on 1 lot multi-fam.

Original price was 650K... asked my agent to make an offer for 420K .... the seller wants an offer 1st then will allow me to look at the property. Rents in the area should be $1250-$1350 per unit.

Not sure if the offer will even be accepted but I’m taking it one step at a time.

What should o expect or what should I do next? Any advice would help.

Thanks
