Signs of a Shoddy Flip or a Quality Flip
Greetings Bigger Pockets community,
This is my first post _ever_ on BP! :D
I'm currently in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm researching the short term rental market here to see if it's worth purchasing a property (likely a single family home) or attempting rental arbitrage. Due to my budget, I'm finding a lot of recently flipped properties.
What are some red flags I should look for in these flips? Are there corners flippers typically cut? What are signs of a quality flip?
Thank you in advance!

See if they pulled permits. If they did anything major they likely needed permits. Flippers who are afraid of the building inspector looking at their work are doing shoddy work
