New to invests currently have 10k to invest and need some advise.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my profit making assets started and have $10,000 to invest right away. I could really use some advise, I have been working with and around property management and currently reside in a tech job. I’m living in the Bay Area so expenses are really high and I definitely have not reached a c level position yet. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
