Newbie seeking guidance

My biggest thing is that i don't understand my market place (Milwaukee,WI).  The house was bought and paid for in cash in the 1930's for $23,000 its a duplex o/s built in 1910 it needs not some but alot of updates but has alot of of potential for cash flow rent in the area is 825 and up I have no credit and no money i have the house though and sweat equity im willing to put into it to bring it up its currently worth $32,000 free and clear and 3600 lot size fin area 2766 6 bed and 2 bath (luc description ) i don't  know what that means but 1 residential. Any ideas on what i should do???!!!
