Newbie: Funding-- Whats the best way to fun your first deal.
I love the idea of using other peoples money versus putting my own at risk. Looking for some tips on what would some of you savvy(her) investors would have done looking back to when you were a newb.
In no particular order looking at:
1. HELOC
2. hard money loan
3. private lender
4. Retirement account
Im not the smartest financially when it comes to interest rates, points, broker fees, etc.
Thank you in advance for your help/advice.
