Getting started in real estate at 18
I'm 18 I'm looking to start a rental portfolio. I'm working on building my credit up and saving for a down payment on a multifamily home. By the time I'm 19-20yrs old I can qualify for a FHA loan . I'm currently working full time and doing wholesaling so I can have money for a down payment. Any advice to speed up the process or am I doing good?
