Hey everyone,

I'm starting out in real estate in the Tallahassee Florida area. I'm going to be joining an REI club but have a few questions for getting started

1) I want to focus on short sales starting out and want a mentor. Is an REI club the best place to find one or has anyone had success with a program they paid for online?

2) What are some good books on short sale techniques?

3) Is there a way to search this site for other members living in my area?
