Newbie here: Best cities for multifamily investing

Good evening BP,

I am a new investor and trying to purchase my first multifamily rehab property. 

I have done a lot of research in regards to where I should invest. So far, I am thinking of Columbus Ohio and Indianapolis Indiana.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on what cities are best for multifamily homes?
