From Wholesaling to Seller Financing. Pros and Cons

Posted

Good morning Bigger Pockets!

I am in Havelock, North Carolina. Since my last post in around November I have finally gotten two properties under contract and I am working to sell them right now. I have the buyers ready to buy, but due to age of credit, and/ or mistakes in the past they can't get traditional funding. My business partner and I have hatched a plan. What if we were to buy the properties and then seller finance the properties to them? Where do we start? How do we start? Are there certain forms or any paperwork required? Any and all help is appreciated. If you see an issue with this plan please make it known publicly so that people who are also curious about this process can learn to.

Thank you for all the responses! God Bless!
