I've currently gained access to a lot of capital from a couple investors I have partnered up with. They gave me the freedom to invest in any project that when into a Deal Economic sheet we've created, passes and is deemed profitable. There is not particular location that I've been restricted to, so all markets in the US are open for me to jump into.
