Closing my first deal on three new properties

I am currently in the process of closing my first deal. I have built up quite a bit of equity in my current family home and I am looking to buy 3 new rental properties. My question is if I take out this home equity loan to use as down payments on the 3 new rental properties, will the bank allow me to have 3 new home loans at once, or should I look into getting one loan to cover all 3 properties?
