BRRR Calculator Question
Ok I'm a Newbie, when I run the analysis with repairs needed, that cost appears to be included in Total Cash Needed. I plan to roll these cost into the loan to purchase which should impact Cash Flow, NOI, etc. Otherwise, the deal looks exceptionally good. How do I get the report to reflect these costs in total financed?
