Qualifying a real estate agent in SW Florida (Sarasota)

Hi guys! I was wondering if there are any good tips that one might use to qualify a Real Estate agent who is familiar with BRRRR. My current agent is also an investor and has provided so much valuable information. However, for my next property I would like to work with an agent who is familiar with the BRRRR strategy.

Are there specific agencies or people in particular you guys recommend?

It doesn't really matter if they are familiar with brrr, even though it is nothing new or magical about it. You just need to buy Well below current value, before you rehab it....that is the key to being able to brrrr. MLS listed properties likely won't meet this criteria unless it needs a Ton of rehab....which means you need plenty of cash for the purchase and rehab, or a rehab/hml loan.
