Can you let me know the best HELOC rates that you found in NJ, credit union or bank.

information like LTV, draw period, no annual fees, 1st or 2nd lien, does it offer checks, direct deposit, $0 appraisal etc are helpful.

also, are you using it for mortgage payoff accleration.
