How to get out of state cash buyers for your list

Michael Warren
Posted

I'm a real estate wholesaler who's just starting out and am in the process of trying to build up that cash buyer list.

I have 6 cash buyers so far, found some cash buyers of New York properties (I am from Indianapolis), from REI Pro, skip traced that list via Batch Skip Tracing, and wish to get some of those for future leads I come across for deals in Indy. I called dozens of them yesterday, only for them to be either unavailable or for the phone to be hung up on me (even in mid-sentence!)

I would like to know what I should say to the people I'm cold calling, so as to minimize my chances of this happening again.
