I have a question about a double lot and an easement. I am looking into a duplex which has a house size of 2,400 SQFT, sits on 5,662 SQFT lot and offers a unique value on a double corner level lot size approximate 55,100 and has no easement. Does that mean I have the right to that lot and can potentially add to or build on this lot?
