I am 26 years old virtually no bills and I have been living well below my means. I have roughly 15k in debt according to CapitalOne TransUnion credit checker.

My dream has always been to build an empire of wealth an change the world. Big big dreams. I will do whatever it takes to acheive it.

My focus currently as been to pay off my I current debt and stack 90% of my paychecks. I want to jump into real estate but I have no idea where to start.

With building wealth and generating extra cash flow in mind what would some suggestions be that I should do?

I don't mind being aggressive as long as it's realistic.

I am currently reading books, listening to podcast 8 hours everyday at work and trying to absorb as much as possible.

Is there a way I can gather all the debt I owe maybe with a credit repair person sit down and pay it all off at once I've hear people do It cheaper than what you owe. Lol if you owe 15k but they offer to settle for less is this true and how do you do it?

What are some events around Maryland that I can go to learn more from people who are actually in this field ?

My coworker is selling his house and I have never wholesaled anything but was thinking maybe if I found him a buyer maybe I could get some cash to add to my saving so that I can jumpstart and fund my first deal. How would I go about finding him someone to buy his house? Ask around or find investors? Should I even bother trying to help since I am inexperienced or should I just focus on me? I've been getting really antsy with analysis paralysis and want to make a move.

I have a foreclosure on my record what exactly does this mean later down the road if I want to do real estate? Can they garnish my wages? It was on my credit report but then went to zero from 140k. It just means the government won't kick out another loan right ?

What are some of events I can go to like auctions or meet ups to find a mentor to help me with this journey?

Any advice tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.
