Smart move or not cashing out a traditional IRA of approximately
Is it smart and/or is it even possible to cash out a traditional IRA to buy investment properties. The cash out would be approximately $130,000??? I'm a beginner investor and is there away around eliminating or limiting my penalties and taxes for early withdrawal of my IRA since I'll be 51 in July?
