Best Slab Contractors?

I have a number of investor clients who steer clear of any slab foundation issues due to the unexpected(sewage issues, costs, etc). Anybody have a good affordable contact? I get a lot of nice NW San Antonio properties with slight foundation issues and having a good slab contact could help alleviate a lot of the unknown for my clients.
