So I'm fresh in the real estate business.  Recently playing around with auction.com I ended up being a winning bidder. Imagine my shock as I did not think it would happen.

I am moving forward but am struggling to understand  how I will handle management of everything in Indiana while.im in California. What do I need here?

I used up credit lines to purchase, probably not the best choice but if I wait for the right savings # it will be another 3 years at least. It has been hard to get credit for renovations as I have a short credit history, excellent credit but short and too many inquiries.

So please if anyone e can advise me on what step I should take next it would be great and truly appreciated.
