Real Estate Investing
Hello all,
I am new to the real estate investing world and wanted to start with wholesaling to build capital so that I may acquire property. Definitely would also appreciate insights on how I can leverage being a first time home buyer into a real estate investing strategy. I will start this thread by inquiring about advice for the information below.
1. Investor friendly title companies that double close and assign in states such as NY, NJ, PA, CT.
2. Finding deals, and submitting offer.
3. The closing process in general and collecting assignment fee.
4. Can you do deals in other places other than in your home and collect?town? If so, how do you close and/or collect your fee? Do you close virtually? Do you send a representative? How does that work?
I know if lengthy, but I really do appreciate the imparting of wisdom to the newbie.
