What would be an expected price for a full renovation Philly area

Looking at my first flip. Fish town area of Philadelphia. 2 bed 2 bath. I’m trying to figure out an estimate on how much a full Reno would be. The house is completely gutted. I would also use hml the asking wholesale is 175k with comps around 300k. Could the deal work? If so could someone give me an example along with answering my question of estimates of Reno prices?
