Hello Im new REI but I've been networking and starting form good relationships with local buyers rehabber etc but haven't gotten my 1st deal under contract as yet.

Still learning about creating leads and talking to potential sellers mailers, cold calling, email just a mix bag of deployment strategies so to speak that I'm working on. So I have buyers concentrated in Tampa Bay Area and do invest throughout FL if anyone is interested in doing a JV deal that would allow me to get some on the job training would be a big help.
