Building a Team: Where to start?

Fred Goetz
Posted

I purchased my first home in 2008, then moved out 5 years later and have been renting it. I have an even-to-negative cash flow (depending on repairs and such), but have been holding onto the property to build equity for the future. With that said, I have experience with being a landlord and using a property management company.

I'm ready to get out of this property and want to invest in something that will jump start my path to financial freedom. I don't have a team and need to get this started to be successful. My question is, what service do I most need (I assume an attorney) and where should I look to find someone who will understand and support my goals?

All advice is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
