JBF Real Property Inc. Has experience with this company?

Hi everyone,

I am about to start a rehab/flip project in Forest Park, IL. I am in need of a good, honest, and well experienced contractor. I am considering the JBF Real Property Inc for the job. I spoke with Franklin De La Cruz who seems to be the CEO of the company, and Jeremy Mungerwho seems to be the vendor Manager. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this company for a rehab/flip? I would appreciate any input or feedback.
