Cashing in stocks to purchase rental properties!!!

Hello all,

I have been living and working in Silicon Valley for the past 7 years savings and investing in the start up company I moved out here to work for. I’ve been fortunate to be given stock options back in 2012, and contributed in the ESPP program offered through my company. Looking to diversify my portfolio and wondering who would be the best professionals to talk to about moving money from my portfolio to purchase rental properties for passive income and long term wealth. Obviously I am wanting to know the ins and outs to minimize penalties including taxes as mush as possible!
