I'm a new investor in Philadelphia PA and have found this sight to be extremely informative and helpful. I'm an insurance agent in the city and am ready to diversify and get involved in RE. It's my goal to flip a few properties to generate capital and use those funds to start holding properties. I've done a flip in the past and made very little money. However, I gained a wealth of knowledge and will use that to my advantage as I move forward in RE investing. That's just a small part of my story and I look forward to networking, learning and sharing experiences with BP!
