Weekly Real Estate Goals

My goal is to purchase my first property Christmas 2019. What weekly goals would you recommend setting in order to be most prepared come Christmas? For example, I currently analyze several properties and read as much as possible. I also plan on getting set up with a broker and agent this month. Thanks for the advice!
