Hello Bigger Pockets members, my name is Austin Griffin and I'm 20 years old! I'm new to real estate investing and have a life and health insurance license but looking forward to making real estate a full time job. Currently undecided if I should buy land and put mobile homes on it to rent out and live in or buy a house with a good deal with a FHA loan or 203k loan. I look forward to networking, growing, and learning from fellow members.

Austin, I'm a Realtor in the local area and would be glad to help in any way that I can.  I can tell you this, if I were 20 again I'd buy a tri-plex or 4-plex and live in one while improving/rehabbbing them the 1st year.  Welcome to the forums!
