26, 30k cash, no debt. Help

New to the app, but have listened to the BP podcast a little. My name it Ethan and I live in Georgia. I am interested in an early start to investing. As stated above I am 26 single with no children, free and clear of debt and have around 30k cash and 3-4K a month after taxes to use. I don’t mind remodeling while living. And feel I am very capable of hands on work. I’m looking for advice/help and connections etc.

I am most comfortable with southeast Ga simply because I’m starting out and it’s a good driving distance.
