How to build a mastermind group!!?

Hi! I am currently 21 years old and looking to get involved in real estate. I am actively saving my income from work to eventually put down on my first property. I just got done reading "Think and Grow Rich"- by Napoleon Hill. For those familiar with the novel; you would understand it puts a HUGE emphasis on building a "mastermind" group. How does one do so? Please help!
