Tips on being dog bird?

Jason Credle Jr
Posted

Hey! Im 16 and and Ive been looking into wholesale and since Im new to this and Im a minor Ive decided to try and become a dog bird. So I got a couple of questions:

As a dog bird how do you find investors to work for?

How do find the houses and what type of houses do you need to look for?

Can you find houses online or do you have to drive around and find them in person?

Also if you have any tips please let me know.
