Potential Foreclose Home

Calvin Sellers
Posted

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the bigger pockets podcast and to real estate investing. I have a neighbor whos house is about to go into foreclosed. I think it will be a really good deal. One question, is it possible to purchase the property at a low price before it goes into foreclosure? Also, is it smart to do so or just wait for the bank to take it and then try to pursue it. Just looking to obtain the property before anyone else.

Thanks
