Analyzing a property: 4 square method
Hey all!
I am trying to learn how to analyze a property! I just looked one up on Zillow and took their estimates for costs? Are those reliable? What can I do to further and better analyze properties so that I can eventually know and jump on an opportunity? Thank you all! I attached a photo of the four square method I did below. Much of the math was done automatically on excel with formulas. Thank you!
