REI Newbie Looking at a 4 Plex in WA
So I'm new to this (actually this is my first post on this awesome site). I ran an analysis on this property:
using estimated numbers I got from the local real estate area and my own property in Everett WA. I went by and talked to one of the tenants to get some intel.
The place needs work. Each unit needs an updated kitchen and bathroom. How do you go about estimating the cost of this sort of rehab? Once I have the estimate, what would be a reasonable amount of time to get this sort of rehab done to 4 units? Thank you.
