How to determine which home-owners are defaulting mortagages?
Hey all,
I'm in my precontemplation phase of real estate investing and I'm reading the BiggerPockets book. One of the things I've come across is that some investors find some home-owners and go door-to-door to offer the buy the house. But how does one find those individuals to do so?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
