Flip, BRRR, Buy and Hold?
Hey BP,
I was reading through Gary Keller's "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" book and his suggestion is to work in phases:
Phase 1: Buy and live (especially if you don't have a lot of money to throw around)
Phase 2: Start flipping to accumulate cash
Phase 3: Buy and hold properties to start building long-term wealth
I'd love to hear other people's journey through the 3 phases. I know @Brandon Turner frequently suggests buying and living (house hacking) first too, but I'm always interested to hear what others have done.
Thanks!
Nick
