Hello all! I’m somewhat new to bigger pockets. I stumbled across their podcast last week just trying to find something interesting to listen to about real estate. I have been bing listening ever since. Soooo much good information and interesting guest on there. A common theme that keeps coming up is analyzing properties. It’s seems the better and quicker you can look over a property and tell if it’s a worth while deal the better off you will be. So to my question. Is there an educational section to bigger pockets, or do you just search through the forums and try to find the information you are looking for? I’m just looking for basic information on analyzing deals. To give you an idea of my knowledge base at this point, when you guys talk about cap rate, or a 1% property I do not know what that means or how to figure it. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
