BRRRR turn around times?
I have read and watched a lot about the BRRRR strategy. However, I was curious as to some examples of the length of time from once you buy the investment property to the time you get money back from refinancing. I imagine you pay for it, you spend weeks to months on repairs and renovations, and then another month to get it refinanced. So does 2-3 months sound accurate?
Let me know some of your turn around times.
