Need Help Learning What to do

Vincent Lockwood
Posted

Hello Everyone!

This is my first time on this forum and I figured I'd seek some help as I just graduated college. I have always been interested in real estate and investing within the industry. I have looked into house hacking and starting to learn through that system before jumping into major things. I will have between 5-8k in graduation money to start out and was wondering if that is a number I should proceed with or wait it out and build it up more. I currently live on Long Island, NY which is an expensive area.

With this information and for someone just starting out, I was asking for help to see how I can begin pursuing a house hacking situation if thats the best thing for me currently. I also am looking to learn more.

Thank you for taking the time out to read my post and respond to me. :)
