Newbie in Colorado Springs

Hello BP community. My name is Chandler and I’m brand new to real estate investing and to BP in general. I made an earlier post, but I felt it wasn’t a good one. Anyway, I would like to establish connections and learn about investing within the Colorado Springs area. My interest is creating monthly cash flow through rental income in my city. If anyone here that is in the Colorado Springs area (or anywhere really) would like to discuss investing, financing, partnering, etc. please send me a message! Im only 21, so I’m young. But don’t let the age fool you, I’m young and motivated! I'm currently in college, and working two jobs. I want to learn and actually take some action!
