I am a newbie looking to get my ducks in a row, so i have a few questions, what contracts are involved with house filpping? if you can provide a list that would be great. Also, what contingencies does everyone put in it? How can I obtain these contracts? How much does it cost to get a real estate attorney to review these contracts to check if they are legit?
