To open a real estate firm in GA, do you 1 or 2 broker licenses?

To open a real estate firm in GA, do you need 1 or 2 broker licenses in the firm?  I read somewhere you need 2 to open a firm.  1 license to get the business license and the other one to do real estate business.  I cannot find the source where i read that at, but I would to see if someone in the forum can clear up this confusion for me. thanks in advance
