Hello, guys. I was working as a real estate agent and have one property. I decided to get into re investing seriously. I have network of people who has great deals. My question is how to raise money and protect myself from dishonest people. I know people who have money, but never tried to raise money for good deals. Can you share your experience on that topic? Should I ask them  to lend money for me and I wil buy deals on my name? Should i introduce investors with great deals owners and ask for comission? Should I ask them to make me co-owner of properties? Could you suggest win win agreement which is acceptable for investors? Any answer would be very helpful! Thank you guys in advance.
