Business structure for have and holds

Curios to see the different ways investors set up their business structures. As we are inquiring more rental properties, my thoughts are to under an S-Corp, have an individual llc for each property for liability purposes. However, my concern is the burden it would cause for filing taxes. I would love to hear how others have structured their business, what has worked and what hasn't.
