New to rehab and multi family! Inland Empire!

Hello all!

I am completely new to the business and have found some great investment properties near me. I am still trying to work out a deal with a lender but will definitely be needing some assistance with a contractor. 

I am completely open to any suggestions or advice seeing as this will be my first rehab and multi family property.
